Poor customer service would be a…

Poor customer service would be a generous statement especially in relation to Reebok Fitness. I bought a Reebok GB40s One Electronic Exercise Bike (Argos order 554/6600),... equipment is in warranty and no respite and closure from Reebok. I am trying to understand how to complain to the ombudsman

Reebok U.K. customer care shoddy

Purchased a pair of Reebok trainers.They came out very small even though all my shoes are size 8.I had personalised writing on them as they where on offer .Ask to exchange them as the shoes fit so badly , I was told blatantly no refunds on personalised items.Still have the trainers and when I called customer service again they say you should of called earlier , I said I called after a week, they then went back to the original excuse no refunds on personalised items.Never buy Reebok products customer care is shoddy to say the least.There are much better trainers out there !!

Reebok

I brought some shoes for when I go running. The service was brilliant, quick delivery and the shoes are very comfy. I will be buying from you again in the future.

GX50 Cross Trainer crap. Even more crap from Reebok “service” which is an illusion. It does not exist or care. Never ever again!

I ordered a pair of trainers just…

I ordered a pair of trainers just before Christmas, unfortunately they were too big but they arrived quickly, - once I send them back they were refunded after four days. No complaints.

wrong different size

wrong different sizeBad experience ever. Not recommend to order from reebok uk. I ordered a pair of shoe for my friend who live in the other country in asia. I haven't check the shoe properly when it has arrived and I sent it to my friend. He told me he has different size. I called and email to customer service, hope they can solve something for me. They just told me to return the shoe and will get refund. Since item is not in UK, is in Asia. If I return by DHL, it will cost more than shoe price. So I can't return and they can not help anything. That is not my fault that i receive wrong different size. It is totally their fault and they can not take any reponsibility. They are so unprofessional. I will not order from them again ever.

Always had a Good service from Reebok

Always had a good service from reebok i ordered 3 pairs of different shoes they all came the next day im very happy. You get 100 days to exchange or refund which i found great especially over Christmas, one pair was to small and I exchanged for a bigger pair again no problems received my exchanged shoes the next day.

Denied cashback despite clearly advertised

Denied Quidco cashback despite it clearly being advertised as applicable with sale.Not a great amount but shady false advertising.

Order 3 items during Black Friday sale

Order 3 items during Black Friday sale. I had an email today stating the courier they were using refused my parcel. Offered me a 15% discount as a consolation but of course the items are full price again so it’s a complete joke. Disgraceful. I will be avoiding in future.

Awful company and non existent customer service

Awful company and diabolical customer service. Ordered a hoodie for my son for Christmas on 10th December 2020 to the tune of nearly £40. Reebok took the money out of my account straight away however, still waiting for item three weeks later.Sent countless emails but Reebok have completely ignored them all. Save your hard earned cash and shop elsewhere please.

I'm extremely disappointed with this…

I'm extremely disappointed with this companies customer service and have decided to never buy from them again. I ordered 4 items online, I paid with PayPal. I didn't receive any confirmation email from reebok themselves about my order so didn't have an order number. Only 1 item arrived, I tried to call them and complain and they was asking me for my order number. I tried explaining I didn't have one and didn't receive my confirmation email. They asked me to provide my PayPal receipt and I did. I heard nothing back from them. Luckily a few days later my other items arrived. I needed to call them again about returns and had to explain my full situation again. They asked me for my PayPal receipt again which I sent them again. I then got an email asking me for my order number for them to take matters further. I explained that the whole point of my complaint is based on my not receiving a confirmation email with an order number so its not possible for me to give them an order number because they didn't send me one. They replied me back asking me to call them if i need any further assistance or this case will be closed. I just give up at this point in time. One of my items I can't wear because they're too tight fitting and ill have to find someone to give the item to but basically I've waisted time money and patience with Reebok. I spent many hours trying to resolve my situation over the phone. I just couldn't get anywhere, I had the phone but down on me, was lied to and when I did speak to someone nice they would say they would escalate this further to people in a different department and they would send me an email asking me for my order number again. Really frustrating. I've been shopping with reebok since I was a kid but after this experience I'll never buy from them again. They've really made me angry.

THIEVES

They are thieves. LITERALLY. Do not deal with them, they will steal your money and run. They sent wrong shoes, I returned them. They acknowledged receipt but no refund or replies to my messages.
